Am I a computer tech again?

Before I got married I was a computer tech at a company in Illinois. I worked on the physical aspects of putting computers together plus the networking of computers. Along with some software issues too. I gladly gave that up to stay home with my children after I was married.

I do miss certain aspects of being a computer tech. I like the challenges of it and just enjoy it in general. Well we've been having some router issues for the past three or four months and then to add to that we bought a new desktop to add to our home network. So with all of that and the many issues that have arisen I feel like I'm a computer tech again. I have been working through them for quite a while, and almost every day for the past week and a half. As frustrated as I get with it all, my husband just smiles at me remarking how I still enjoy this 'tech' stuff. He is right, I do. It is frustrating at times, but I still enjoy it. I have not figured out all our issues, and the work goes on, but I know eventually it will be worked out.

This blog goes with my Website design site, I understand that. But along with website design, is computer tech work at times. So I'm going to chronicle what I've been working on the past few weeks and months. And maybe it will help someone else along the way.
